Since Gribskov Gruppen ApS alias Caissa Group ApS was established in 2005 our main task has been consultancy and development of exciting and innovative solutions in various segments covering property development. Our competences - combined with our proven network of professional partners - cover broad. We have therefore chosen not to sucumb to such limits as only developing housing projects.
There are a number of common factors in the various segments of the market for property development, which makes us work with many different specialists. This is to ensure, that we are always "on the beat" and we know how to assemble a team regardless the segment we're working in.
Urban/city planning
Despite the fact that Gribskov Gruppen ApS alias Caissa Group ApS has only existed a few years, we have great experience "in house" due to our many years of experience as architects. One of our specialties is urban/city planning. In thios area, our team dominates all disciplines and therefore we act as the unifying force in the process.
The procedure in an urban/city pllanning development is ofte´n a long and costly process that requires oversight, action and situational awareness, and not least an ongooing dialogue with stakeholders. Due to our talented and very qualified staff, this is a task we carry out very well.
Commercial
Gribskov Gruppen ApS alias Caissa Group ApS holds all powers of buying and developing property for commercial use. We are usually in the process right from the beginning which means:
- we find the right location
- assist in buying the property
- develop the project
- deliver the completed project as a "turn-key" project to final user or owner.
Housing
Our stated goal is to create living environment for living people. This means that we - besides the claer professional process management - also have great focus on materials, environment, interior, energy and economics for the project. We therefore prefer to work with people who also have this extra dimension as an important parameter when we create new and vibrant homes.
Abroad
Among the projects we have worked on - and completed - we can metion LubiewoForest & Sea Resort in Miedzyzdroje, Poland and holiday homes "Gennadi Dreams" in Rhodes, Greece. As with our other development projects abroad we always join forces we local experts in order for us to be confident that we can deliver the same high standard as we stand for in Denmark.
Concepts
We create concepts for both private parties and local authorities. Concepts are mostly based on PPP or PFI. We always challenge our way of thinking why we often create new exciting concepts.
